Uh, they're not "Hill People", they're "a Sovereign People".
Yes, it's Pueblo Soberano. Party names are in Papiamento, which is the Spanish/Portuguese based creole language of Aruba, Bonaire and Curacao.

I am not that familiar with the Antilles, but basically the party that manages to buy the most votes (and you can take that literally) wins the elections. I'll try to write a longer post later today.
