This is so f**king stupid. If this happens (which I don't think it will), all it'll do is spark a round of recriminations when the Democratic caucus splits while the GOP one stays united.

This is a bad move because it's a move that will make Democrats look weak, chaotic, and divided. There's an old saying to the effect of "If you go after the king, you'd best not miss." Democrats aren't in the majority and have no choice but to miss here. Impeachment will still be pointless in 2019 if Dems are in the majority, but at least then they could make it out of the House. Here, it'll be laughed off and Green will look like a moron.
