So apparently that sword Jeb! gave Rubio belonged Jeb!'s imaginary friend Chang, a mythical Chinese warrior who fights for conservative values. Can Jeb! not unleash Chang without the sword? Does Rubio now command the power of Chang?

By the way, "Mystical Chinese warrior for conservative values" Chang is Jeb misremembering what his dad said. It's...actually mid-20th century Chinese dictator Jiang Jieshi, or as he was called at the time, Chiang Kai-Shek.

Jeb apparently had no idea who his father was talking about and made up "Chang the conservative warrior."
