Denounce the TPP at the top of his lungs, which I believe he's already started on. It'll quite nicely rebuild his populist credentials, and set him apart from most of the clown car.
This will no doubt be coming more as the TPP discussion heats up later this month.
For now Trump needs to focus on fundamentals like ground game in IA and NH and in giving more big rallies to demonstrate strength. The ads should come in November.
Some debate prep wouldn't hurt, but the next debate only being 2 hours rather than 3 is helpful by itself.
