Sounds like the Bush campaign is going to report a high burn rate, as it looks like they’re now having to cut back on expenses:

Does anyone think Bush will have raised <$7 million? I am tempted to say yes, but on the other hand this quarter does include July when Bush had just entered the race and still seemed like a serious candidate.

We'll find out later today, but they've implied that the number is higher than 11 million.
