For me, an interview yesterday in which I somehow mentally lost the word "Bavaria." I managed to get out "Bayern," "the German state next to Austria," "the Catholic area," "Southeastern Germany," and, finally, "where Munich is."  A few more minutes and I would've been sputtering about the CSU and Edmund Stoiber.

Beat that.  Once again, the requirement is something you remember everything about, but just forgot the word.
