Berlusconi (R) vs. Prodi (D)

Judging from the issues alone, Berlusconi would probably win in the United States.

However, being the crook he is, I doubt he could actually get elected somewhere aside from Italy and some Third world banana republics. His numerous scandals would definitely kill him.

So, Prodi/Prodi. But perhaps I'm overtly optimistic about the American voters.
