It was always perfectly obvious that "America First" effectively means "America Alone" in the end.

Well, actually 18. Erdogan said that the Turkish parliament won't ratify the agreement.

Erdogan's position differs from Trump's though in that he's saying that his country will abide to the Paris Agreement provided that certain promises Francois Hollande allegedly had made him will be fulfilled. He also signed the statement of the "G19" on the Paris deal. So, while Trump is a firm "no", Erdogan is a "maybe".

(Actually, the one thing that should raise eyebrows is that the head of state of a country - which isn't even formally a presidential republic yet - has announced if and how his country's legislature is going to vote on a specific measure.)
