police murder megathread

Thanks to the Guardian, we now all know where we're most likely to be murdered by a cop in 2015, among other things

And to think most probably envision it as a Southern problem...

Coincidentally, most of the states which lack a death penalty statute (15 out of 20, if we include DC and the recent adition of Nebraska as a non-capital punishment state) seem to be located within the green areas.
