Exactly what problem is this very likely unconstitutional amendment supposed to solve? Nothing that wouldn’t be solved by taking an extra three seconds to click Next Page.

Unsurprising that the usual supporters of punitive gameplay are trying to dictate the bounds of how a specific set of people get to play the game.
