IDK if it is still germane to do so at this point but we do technically have a cloture vote open.

The vote is on whether to move to a final vote; please vote Aye, Nay, or Abstain.

I've been debating this for a while and I've decided that, if this bill comes to my desk in its current form, I'm going to submit a redraft for 30 posts.

Given that half of new active posters have turned out to be socks, I don't think that's an unreasonable number.

Interestingly under the current rules I wouldn't have been able to register until after several more months at my posting rate back then.

People like OSR should be blocked from zombie registration in other regions and camping out there permanently.

I don't know why you've recently been fixated with OSR in particular, Crane, but he did not make a "zombie registration" in any sense of the word. He was an active officeholder prior to moving and he has been an active officeholder since.

What on earth…

I don't know if this little people voting says anything at all about the disengagement people seem to be feeling toward this, but cloture vote fails by 2-5-1-10.

My motion was never acted on, if I need to file it again, consider this post as filing it again

There is a certain aspect of tabling that means your motions by themselves will not be acted on, and this one is no exception.

introducing an amendment

Quote
Eligibility Adjustment Act

Section 3 clause 9 of the Census Act 2019 is amended to read as follows:

Quote
8. In order to be eligible to register, a poster’s Atlas Forum account must have been registered for at least one hundred and sixty-eight hours and must have accumulated at least forty thirty posts.
Sponsor: MB

All right. 24 hours to object.

MB's amendment is adopted, and I believe FrancoAgo has a question for you.

In the meantime, a vote is open on the motion to table, which will require two-thirds of those voting. 72 hours to vote; please vote Aye, Nay, or Abstain.

there is a rule for vote in the american mode?

I don’t think there are any specific rules aside from those mentioned in the notice to vote, no.
