If Greece had a more strictly proportional system of proportional representation, the right (who're currently governing) would have last been in power in the 80s.

Apparently ND just passed a new electoral law that's even worse. Instead of around 42% for a majority, you just need around 39%.

The malapportionment of that is Italian in measure.
