But who chooses the Uncommitted slate?
Some people gang up and say they want to stand as delegate candidates, and they aren't committed to any of the presidential contenders. Presumably.

Then I guess that whoever votes Uncommitted has to decide on delegates with the other Uncommitted voters. I don't think it'll matter, though.

Neither, actually. The Progressive Primary has ties with both (all PLP members are registered here, and most Caucus members are), but it is its own entity, which has already run two presidential primaries.
