So then, as head of the Claybourne bloc, I propose a compromise. ¹/₆ of the delegates can be allocated to each bloc. The remaining ¹/₂ can be allocated proportionately.

This would result in:

Clayboune: 37%
Jennings: 32%
Lambris: 24%
Independent: 7%

This is not intended to be a permanent solution, but is intended to allow us to move on to more important matters.
