Thanks for sharing, this feels really important right now.
Reading about QAnon over the last year, I've been reminded just how intrinsic antisemitism seems to be to conspiratorial thinking. Regardless from which position on the ideological spectrum new recruits come, they seem to inevitably end up spouting centuries old tropes about cabals, the Rothschilds and blood libel. It's horrifying how consistent the association has become.
Fundamentally anti-Semitism is the original conspiracy theory, the one that underlies all the rest. If you believe (as right-wing media now insists on your believing) that an international corporate Marxist cabal runs everything, you've already checked off all the stereotypes so it hardly makes sense
not to believe that the Jews are responsible. Given that the relationship between right-wing media and observable reality is just as tenuous now as it was when The Protocols of the Elders of Zion were new, it seems inevitable in retrospect.
