Atlasian campaign finance law is (I suppose) the same as existed in the US at the time Atlasia got started.
However, as Atlasian campaign funds tend to consist of self-donated free time and the occasional piece of webspace for a banner, I doubt anybody will prosecute.

But is it legal?

Too late to run for President, the Senate, Governor or Lieutenant Governor now. You registered a few days late. You'll have to wait until August to run for the Senate and October for the Presidency. Should I have told you that? I feel we have another Mr. Porter on our hands.

How's he similar to GPorter?

I suppose in that he's very enthusiastic about things.  Which I don't think is bad at all.

We could use some good enthusiasm around here.  I'm more than willing to give the kid a chance. 

Gporter's bad because, as enthusiastic as he is, it's clear he has no knowledge of Altasian politics and no desire to learn.

I too am running for re-election, but as Northeast Governor. I welcome Rowan's entry into the race; I've always believed that elections should have some number great than 1 candidates.
