That's kinda neat... where did you spend New Years last year?

On a runway in Kathmandu. I then spent the day in the airport at Hong Kong, and the next day (which was still January 1) at home.

...and for the second year in a row, I failed to notice the new year. Oh well. I rang in 2005 in Dhaka with Pepto-Bismol; I suppose this is better than that.
