Where were your parents born and raised?

My father was born in Dhaka and spent most of his childhood there, though he lived in Sylhet and Assam during and immediately after the war (my grandfather had certain sympathies for the collaborationist Jamaat which made it unwise to stay). My mother was born in Chittagong, but her family moved to Dhaka when she was very young.
