The part about Democrats seems doubtful--OK has blacks, and Obama did much better with them in 2008. The final margin will likely be anywhere from 62% Romney (a significant improvement from 2008) to 67% Romney (good year)
Only 7% black.

Only 7% black.

There are more Native Americans than blacks.

A group which is just as Democratic as blacks.

Not in Oklahoma.
