Its either a loony Democrat or Rove. I'd give equal odds to both. In 1996 Rove secretly distributed political literature with personal attacks on his judicial candidate in Alabama. The move allowed Rove to portray his candidate as a victim. If it is him, I'd expect an all press attack on the heist by late this week.
