4....and I have lived there.  It's not the most overrated state in the Union (Texas or Cali would run away with that title), but it's really close.  It has the perfect storm of stereotypically bad drivers:the elderly, red necks and tourists (often from out of country or red necks themselves, thus a double whammy).

Redneck is one word. And nothing is wrong with rednecks.

Well yeah, they're scared of you.  I spent a good chunk of my time in Florida behind the wheel of one of these


and mine didn't look much better than that.  On the bright side, I bought it for $500, drove it for a year and a half and sold it for $350.  Great mpg too.  Kinda wish I still had it.  Great beater car.
