I can rationalize an aversion to labeling Russia an enemy of the US, but they're certainly not friendly and most certainly not an ally.
It's very strange to me...I once thought I understood these people.  Really though, young conservatives have always been a little weird (no offense to most of our young conservatives here, but we special).
