other-liberty/integrity

I vote for the person who is more likely to give liberty out than take it away.  Unless there is something wrong with them from an integrity standpoint, then I vote for the next in line on the liberty equation.  There are probably a few other issues that would make me not vote for someone...if they wanted out of NATO for example.
