I'm not going to be doing anything on the matter. However, if Gass and TexasDem have ANOTHER compromise that they'd like to propose, I'd entertain it. More than anything, I just want to have a constitutional provision requiring that a budget be passed, which I'm sure you would agree would be a good thing.

Assuming there are no restrictions on how the Assembly can budget, yes, I would welcome having one.
