I dunno really...I imagine he would vote as a typical NY DEM in the Senate if he by some miracle actually won, but I tend to think of him as a blue dog.

Still, he might as well give Gillibrand a run for her money.

I find it amusing how a Republican only needs to be pro-choice and support gay marriage (or even civil unions) in order to be widely labeled a "moderate".
