Yeah, and this is a state thing so Biden wouldn’t be able to pardon him if that happened.

Why the f[inks] would Biden pardoning him even be a realistic possibility?
Probably an exchange with McConnell-you convict him, bar him from running again, and I’ll pardon him for “unity.”
