Didn't he buy some ranch land in Paraguay or something? I remember reading that somewhere.
Eh, it's not really clear. There are rumors that he, or his father, bought several thousand acres, but there doesn't seem to be any solid proof and the local government isn't really saying anything.

Jenna went down there for mysterious reasons a few years ago, and the Paraguayan government passed this law back in 2005 that said they wouldn't deport international war criminals, and there are some US troops down there now, and the land is right near a military base and large natural gas reserves on the Bolivian border, and somehow that weird Rev. Moon guy is somehow tied in as well.
The Google should reveal lots more if anyone is so inclined.
