She'll be safe unless there's somehow a Democratic wave. Her district will get more Republican and there's no top-tier challenger out there.
The mayor of Vancouver, Tim Leavitt, is considering running. From what I've read, he sounds like he'd be a top-tier candidate if he decides to run. On the other hand, as others have mentioned, the district will probably get more Republican, so Herrera-Beutler may win regardless of what he does, but I would think he'd have a shot at winning.
Leavitt is a joke, no one likes him. He ran his entire campaign on opposing tolls for the new bridge over the Columbia River and then a few months after taking office reversed his position.
It's also not even clear if he's a Republican or a Democrat.
