They've gotten into trouble before for endorsing all independent/minor party candidates on the ballot, to the point of claiming that they're Independent Green candidates.

Weren't they the guys behind Potts?

No, Potts was pretty much his own creation, although I believe his campaign was partially financed by one or two former Reform Party/Jesse Ventura backers.
