I'm scheduled 2pm to 10pm for Christmas Day, but I don't mind, because in Canada full time workers get 2.5x pay for working holidays.
I worked 2pm to 11:15pm this evening. I was scheduled 2 to 10, but the guy who replaces me got caught in a snow storm driving into the city and was 1h15m late. Then I walked 70 minutes home in a mild snow storm.
Glad to be home and warm and drinking some Christmas cheer. Merry Christmas and happy holidays!
