Why exactly would we shelter Castillo? Who, I will remind everyone, tried to launch a coup because he was upset that the legislature wouldn't pass his agenda. This is like if Joe Biden decided tomorrow that he was tired of the Republican House, and tried to self-coup (and that would obviously be wrong).
