This belongs on the off-topic board and no, it won't have any impact. Cincinnati is a swing market, trending D so liberal-leaning views aren't too unpopular. A good example of this is the Dallas Cowboys who welcomed Chris Christie and he's a big fan of them, now that isn't the reason Christie became unpopular in NJ, and ultimately, this wouldn't have an impact, people who care about sports won't care, and people that invested in politics, wouldn't care either.

Burrow is tough on those who favor ICE and Trump's immigration policies. He wants people to unfollow him on Twitter or block him if they favor caging children.

Again, Hamilton County is quickly becoming liberal. In Ken Blackwell's landslide loss in 2006, he won Hamilton. In fact Hamilton was the only Blackwell 2006/Cordray 2018 county in the whole state. Trump was the first Republican since Rutherford Hayes to win Ohio without winning Hamilton. 2008 was the first time since 1928 that Hamilton voted to the left of the state. It has now voted left of the state in three consecutive elections. Sprawling Cincinnati has shifted Hamilton to the left and if anything this might increase his support in this quickly trending D county.

To add onto my earlier point: In 2016, Steve Chabot won re-election by 19 points to OH-01 and barely carried the badly gerrymandered part of Hamilton County in his CD. In 2018, Chabot lost this part of Hamilton by nearly 10 points, as he won the seat by 4.

No. The fact that he will be playing for the Cincinnati Bengals is what will hurt him.

Burrow will probably want to be traded to another team, but he is an Ohioan, he grew up in Athens County, a Democratic stronghold.

That shows that Democrats should contest Bill Johnson and Steve Stivers.

I wonder how Burrow feels, that his area is surrounded by crazy Trumpers. His hometown voted for Hillary, The Plains, Ohio.

Cincinatti is not a Trumpy place at all, I'm confused at what you're trying to prove here.

I'm talking about his neighbors, in his hometown of Athens County, Ohio. The county his mother works in, is a poor Trumpy Appalachia county. His parents considered selling their Ohio home to move to Baton Rouge.

Heck, I wonder what the LSU fans in Baton Rouge will think. Louisiana is a conservative state, the state of Steve Scalise, Bobby Jindal and John Kennedy!

Nobody in Louisiana cares about this. And by no one, I mean literally no one.
