According to Dr. Steve Pieczenik, Osama bin Laden died 10 years ago and was being kept on ice to be used at a politically expidient moment, like now for the start of Obama's re-election campaign.  Pieczenik, by the way, was in the State Department under Henry Kissinger, Cyrus Vance, George Schultz and James Baker.
