I don't think it's going to be a big problem.  Like people have said, the Colorado GOP is struggling, and we have a good bench of Democratic candidates.

The Colorado Democratic Party is possibly one of the strongest organizations in the country right now, although it may have just peaked 2006-2008.  It's truly the envy of the rest of the country that's not Rhode Island or Vermont.

What about the Virginia Democratic Party?
