I agree that it is one of the best biographies ever written. I bought it on a Friday, and had it finished by Sunday night. It is a wonderful book, and the first 150 pages are an excellent history of the Senate.

I really wish Caro would do a biography of Russell, since there only seems to be one about him out there, by Gilbert Fife.

He did a sorta 100-page bio in this book, but you want him to do a full one?

Yeah, but he only carried it up until 1948. I'd like him to do a full biography, carrying it up until his death.
