Hold on, you say you already included your latest amendment in the text? The purpose was to create a clean text of the current bill so that we can see where it stands now and how to apply Seatown's should they be passed or failed.

Not in the calculations, no.  I wasn't clear.  The calculations do not include my Amendment.

Can't we cut something from somewhere other than military spending? Try cutting domestic for once.

I deem these cuts perfectly fine without damaging or operations.  I hope I have the credibility to propose these cuts.
