What a homophobe. New Hampshire, one of the first states to legalize gay marriage, can do better.
Supporting traditional marriage or supporting family values personal doesn't make you a homophobe. Attempting to silence all dissent by name calling does make for childishness though.

Actually, it does. You're basically saying that some people's relationships are more meaningful than other people's and that those "better" people should be entitled to more rights from the government than those "other" people.

Also, can we stop this nonsense that being anti-marriage equality means you're for "family values," (whatever the hell that means) because you're really not pro-family values when you want to stop those "other" people from starting their own families. So yeah, that is indeed homophobic.

But to the OP, yeah Ayotte is more concerned about saving her own skin than she is about her principles. That's one thing Trump has right: these Republicans who are jumping ship are only doing so to save themselves.
