I don't know who is either, all I know is Uncle Joe is a paper tiger. He has two laughably failed Presidential runs under his belt, too many seemingly uncomfortable touchy feely moments with numerous women and young girls, and has Anita Hill. On top of that, he's gaffe prone, granted not to the extent of Bush, Quyale, and Palin, but still gaffe prone and it seems like the more the speculation of him running intensifies, the more he puts his foot in his mouth.
Don't forget that he's been in the pocket of the banking industry for pretty much his entire career, and he's got the legislative record to show it.
