Likely D with any (reasonable) Republican candidate. I'm not ruling out a Republican victory, but I think they'll have a very hard time defeating a reasonably popular incumbent in a swing state in an unpopular president's mid-term.

Also, for this race, Republicans could really use a moderate SEPA candidate who could differentiate himself from Trump. Turzai is from the Pittsburgh area and Wagner is from South Central PA.
