Cruz, Trump, and Rubio seem like locks to still be in the race. Paul and Fiorina will probably drop out, or at least slide into irrelevance. No one cares about Gilmore.
Kasich, Christie, and Bush could all drop out, but I doubt it. Christie and especially Bush are probably running the last races of their careers, so as long as they finish with around ~10%, I could see them staying in until March 1st.
There's probably room for at least one of Carson, Huckabee, and Santorum as the non-Ted Cruz evangelical, at least until March 1st. I think one stays in, probably Carson, though Iowa could surprise.
So many primaries take place by March 15th that I could see more candidates than usual staying in in hopes of turning things around.
