This is fantastic news, I'm very happy about this and I have to say I'm very surprised that Iowa of all states did this so quickly.

well, considering their white blood cell count is usually low due to their wayward behavior, "an ooze of homosexuals" wouldn't make much sense.  but HIV does increase the risk of blood clots, hence "a clot of homosexuals".
