Was it changed back to 15? I remember we made it 25 in the last 8 weeks awhile back but alot of people wanted to repeal that.

I don't personally remember it going to 25... But I don't doubt your word, Marokai. Couldn't find anything when I just looked about 25 posts being necessary. Does anyone know what it really is?

It repealed a law that lowered it to 15, moving the standard back to 25.

And sure it didn't go back to 15 at some point since 2009? I hate it when my memory fails me...Smiley

I'm fairly sure it's remained at 25 but alot of people have talked about wanting to repeal that since it passed. (I think even I mentioned it once.) But I think it's still in effect.

While you did try to rig the election, the results are in and we all know who won so I don't see a point in not certifying them.

Meh, all this really means is "Since I won, go ahead and certify them. If I hadn't won, I'd be suing you right now."

That's an interesting legal conclusion, to say the least.

If asking someone if they would consider changing their vote within the legal editing period is going to be made illegal, the logical extension of that would just be to make campaigning for votes in any way whatsoever illegal as well. I really don't see anything wrong with trying to convince someone to switch their votes within that time limit, especially since there have been several cases where people have made errors on their ballot or screwed up a preference order in a plainly obvious way that you might want to mention to them. I guess I just really don't see the harm.

Although outlawing campaigning for votes in any way would kind of be fun to see. If only out of curiosity.
