First Presidential debate running commentary thread

I don't predict debates, though I will say this:

1) An Obama clear victory probably ends the election.
2) A unconvincing tie probably continues the bloody mess until the next one, but Obama is still favored.
3) A McCain clear victory probably switches things to back where it was post-RNC, and might change the whole tenor of the election.

Anyway, this should be fun.  be back when done.
