Sectarian Marriage should not be recognized by the state at all....then again, you can't just give tax credits for the birth of kids or not give tax credits to people with kids, but I am sure we can think of something.

and if no recognition, should homosexual behavior be discouraged or criminalized or do we just pretend that no one is gay (like the law usually does now).
