Here are some ideas to throw out-


* Cancel all income taxes for those who are in the bottom 60% of their filing status (no more W2s or  IITC)
* Let the Bush Tax Cuts Expire
* Cut out all the loopholes in the tax code
* Go to a Gross Business Taxation model
