Paul Begala and Chris Hayes seem to be pushing the theory that Pence was debating for himself  with an eye on 2020 (even if that means he didn't always defend Trump) , Kaine didn't care how bad he looked as long as he hurt Trump.   

So their spin seems to be Pence won and Trump lost

The debate seems to have had no effect on prices at PredictIt. Trump is down a penny for the day and Clinton is up a penny.
