Trump seems to be trying to interject himself into the conversation, to ensure that he continues to get free media. Trump was able to bounce back after mediocre debate performances in the first two debates by dominating the media narrative in between the debates. Now the big story is Bush v Rubio, even though neither are front-runners the media loves the dogfight.
