Well after the verbal smackdown the court gave to the attorneys from IN and WI, it is no surprise, but the ruling is full of win.

I wonder if this is the first time such a sarcastic "go figure" was used in an US Federal Appellate Court decision. Surprised he didn't use "talk to the hand, because the constitution aint listening"

Even the Reagan appointees are seeing the writing on the wall.

well, not so fast. The one Federal judge (from LA) who has ruled in favor of SSM ban was Reagan appointee.
