The GOP got their pound of flesh by killing the Susan Rice nomination before it even happened. Any votes against Kerry will just be spiteful 'i hate Democrats and president Blackenstein' types.

Cornyn and Inhofe voted for Hillary, only 2 voted against (DeMint and Vitter). Was Vitter the 'present' vote for Kerry?
