Well according to Politco Rick Santorum (Afraid - THE PAST) is also planning on skipping it

The AZ debate just became very important.

I hope it isn't the last one. Strangely there is one slated for Oregon for late March (and the day before the IL primary), even though Oregon's primary is actually in May.
